For orders that do not meet the free freight promotion requirements, freight charges will be calculated and displayed on the order confirmation. Please find the charges below.
Requests for returns must be made within a 48 hour period of receipt of goods. Claims for shortages and damages must be made and noted on consignment note at the time of delivery. All damaged goods must be substantiated with relevant photos highlighting the damaged goods.
ABABCO reserves the right to organise the return of any damaged stock for which a claim is being made by a customer. No stock is therefore to be destroyed and handled without ABABCO’s prior consent where a claim is being raised. Failure to abide by this may result in the request for credit being rejected. Where a claim is approved a refund will be processed into the customer’s nominated account within 48 hours.
